INTERVIEW DE PAUL COUTURIAU BY JEAN DORVAL POUR LTC@LIVE AU FESTIVAL LE LIVRE A METZ 2019
Paul COUTURIAU a été successivement traducteur, conseiller littéraire, directeur des Editions Claude LEFRANCQ à Bruxelles, puis directeur du département Traditions aux Editions du Rocher. Il se consacre aujourd’hui exclusivement à l’écriture. Paul COUTURIAU s’est longtemps essayé - et avec succès - au genre policier. Lauréat du Grand Prix de littérature policière en 1993 pour son premier roman, Boulevard des ombres, paru aux Editions du Rocher, en 1992, il n’a depuis cette date jamais cessé d’écrire. Il a notamment publié aux Presses de la Cité un grand roman d’aventures dans l’Empire chinois du XVIIIe siècle, Le Paravent de soie rouge et Le Paravent déchiré aux Presses de la Cité, en 2003. Dans la collection Terres de France, il est l'auteur d'En passant par la Lorraine (2003), L’Abbaye aux loups (2010), et Les Silences de Margaret (2011), dont l’intrigue se déroule en Lorraine.
